Our pastoral team serves the whole community with dedication.
Ralph and Donna Holland
Ralph and Donna Holland are the founding pastors of the Iglesia Mundo de Fe, who provide spiritual covering to our church.
Enrique Pavón and Emma Castro
Together they founded Comunidad Cristiana Integral over 30 years ago and continue to lead it today. They oversee the CCI church network across Europe, leaving their mark of spiritual fatherhood. They hold Doctorates in Theology from the Christian University for the Nations and have extensive experience in building churches and training Christian leaders. Enrique Pavón has a passion for God's Word and a heart for youth. Emma Castro has a deeply marked pastoral gift, great charisma, and a clear heart for the development of every church member. They married in 1983 and have a son named Kike Pavón.
Kike Pavón and Natalia Gutiérrez
Kike and Natalia serve as the executive pastors of the congregation, leading the day-to-day of the ministry. Kike also leads the worship ministry, creating an atmosphere of deep worship at every gathering.
Natanael Martínez and Belén Lorente
Natanael and Belén have served as co-pastors for over 20 years, with a special dedication to the youth and families of the church.
Harvy Fajardo and María del Carmen Moreno
Harvy and María del Carmen have faithfully served as co-pastors for over 20 years, bringing their experience and pastoral heart to the care of the congregation. They also have a marked passion for evangelism and the development of new believers.
Cristina Martínez
Cristina has faithfully served as co-pastor for over 20 years. She brings a heart for administration and the care of young women.
Manuel Davila and Raquel Neenan
Manuel has served as co-pastor for 10 years, and together with his wife Raquel they serve in the area of children and youth, as well as in administrative and ministerial development.
Llonier Montoya and Heidy Sánchez
Llonier and Heidy complete the pastoral team with their dedicated service and passion for seeing lives transformed.

What we believe
Statement of Faith.
The biblical foundations that sustain our community.
God
We believe in one God, existing eternally in three persons — Father, Son and Holy Spirit — equal in essence yet distinct in personality and function.
Jesus Christ
We believe that Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God, was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary, and is truly God and truly man.
Holy Spirit
We believe that the Holy Spirit is the agent of the new birth through conviction and regeneration, comes to dwell in every believer, grants power and distributes gifts to believers.
Creation
We believe in the direct creation of the universe by God according to the Genesis account, without the use of pre-existing material and apart from any evolutionary process.
Resurrection of Jesus
We believe in the resurrection of our Lord's crucified body, in his bodily ascension to heaven, and in his present life there as high priest and advocate.
Spiritual Death
We believe that man was created in the image of God, sinned and thereby incurred not only physical death but also spiritual death, which is separation from God. Every human being is born with a sinful nature and all are sinners in thought, word, deed and omission.
Salvation
We believe that all who receive by faith the Lord Jesus Christ and repent of their sins are born again of the Holy Spirit and thereby become children of God.
Assurance of Salvation
We believe in the eternal security of the believer — that it is impossible for one born again to ever be lost, as they are kept forever by the power of God.
God's Plan for Israel
We believe in the literal fulfillment of the promises and prophecies of Scripture that predict and assure the future regeneration and restoration of Israel as a nation. Those who bless Israel will receive the blessing promised to Abraham.
Resurrection and Eternal Life
We believe in the bodily resurrection of the just and unjust, the eternal blessing of the saved and the eternal punishment of the lost.
The Bible
We believe that the books of the New and Old Testament are verbally inspired by God, without error in their original writings, and are the supreme and final authority for faith and life.
Tithes and Offerings
We believe that the method ordained by God for sustaining and extending his cause is through the faithful giving of tithes and offerings.
Prayer
We believe in prayer as a means of communication with God, that he hears and answers the prayers of his children according to his will and for his glory.
Fasting
Fasting is the spiritual discipline consisting of special periods of prayer accompanied by total or partial abstinence from food.
